Bruschetta Platter -  Two pieces each of the following thick slices of crusty, toasted bread:
    Classic Cheese Bread (melted local all natural mozzarella cheese)
    Brettini (caramelized onions and Gorgonzola cheese)
    Mediterraneo (kalamata olives, roasted red peppers and pepperoncini peppers)
    Pomodori (fresh relish of roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil)

Pizza Napoli  A rustic rosemary flavored focaccia crust topped with sun-dried tomato pesto, and house made fresh mozzarella cheese, baked and topped with fresh sweet basil and tangy balsamic vinegar reduction.

Stuffed Artichoke Hearts  Artichoke hearts filled with a tangy blend of cheeses and baked in our parmesan cream sauce

Calamari  Small, tender calamari sliced thin, lightly breaded and briefly fried then served with fresh lemon and marinara.

Cappelletti Bite sized pasta pieces filled with meat and cheese and deep fried golden brown, tossed with aged parmesan cheese and served with both tomato meat and parmesan cream sauces for dipping. Try what everyone is talking about!

Baked Brie  Soft, creamy Brie cheese baked with sliced almonds and served with a whole roasted head of garlic, fresh fruit and garlic crostini.

Crab Cakes Maria   Crabmeat seasoned and mixed with onions, bell peppers, and Dijon mustard, breaded and sauteed golden brown.  Served over seasoned black beans and finished with a zesty chipotle pepper aioli.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms  Topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in our rich tomato meat sauce.

Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms  Filled with shrimp and crabmeat dressing, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in our parmesan cream sauce.

Antipasto Salad  Crisp, fresh salad greens and fresh vegetables tossed with our homemade Italian dressing and garnished with marinated artichokes, sliced olives, hardboiled egg and a selection of meats and cheeses.

Mama Maria's Caesar Salad  Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with Parmesan, garlic croutons and homemade creamy Caesar dressing. Garnished with tomatoes, marinated artichokes and red onions.
Or add sliced grilled chicken.         

Warm Country Chevre, Grilled Pear and Dried Cranberry Salad  Bass Lake Cheese Factory's excellent "Country Chevre" goat cheese crusted with pistachio breadcrumbs and baked then served over mixed baby greens with sliced of grilled pear, dried cranberries and raspberry vinaigrette.

Grilled Chicken Mandarin Salad  Char-grilled chicken breast atop mixed greens with mandarin oranges, fresh tomato and cucumber, sliced water chestnuts, roasted red pepper and cashews. Served with our homemade honey-dijon dressing.

Grilled Tenderloin Beef Salad  Slices of grilled beef tenderloin on a bed of mixed greens garnished with julienne carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, egg, pickled mushrooms and red onion. Served with our creamy garlic dressing.

Mama's Hot Bacon Spinach Salad  Fresh spinach with walnuts, red onions, sliced pears, hard boiled egg wedges and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese topped with a hot bacon vinaigrette dressing.

Our pasta is made by hand with the finest ingredients.  Served with soup or salad and warm, fresh rolls.

Tortellini con Pesto e Portabella    Cheese tortellini tossed with onions, garlic, sun-dried  tomatoes and sliced portabella mushrooms in our fresh basil pesto cream sauce.   

Spaghetti alla Romana
  Spaghetti tossed with bacon, ham, onions, garlic, spinach, fresh sage and crushed red pepper in our parmesan cream sauce.

Fettuccine Alfredo con Pollo  Fettuccine tossed with tender chicken pieces in garlic cream sauce.

Bistecca alla Gorgonzola  Beef tenderloin tips, sauteed in olive oil along with onions, garlic, bacon and pan toasted walnuts then tossed with fusilli and topped with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles.

Bistecca alla Marsala  Fusilli pasta tossed with beef tenderloin tips, onions, mushrooms, garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes in a rich Marsala wine cream sauce.

Seafood Alfredo  Shrimp, scallops, onions, garlic and mushrooms tossed with fettuccine in a parmesan cream sauce.

Champagne Chicken   For 20 years a classic! Tender breast of chicken lightly breaded, sauteed until golden and glazed with creamy champagne sauce.

Beef Tenderloin Filet   The most tender of all steaks, char-grilled to your preference and smothered with sauteed mushrooms.

Veal Picatta   Tender cutlets of veal sauteed in olive oil with garlic and capers then finished with white wine and a touch of lemon.

Chicken Leonardo   A fresh chicken breast sauteed with sun-dried tomatoes, shallots, mushrooms, garlic and basil in white wine, lemon and caper sauce.

Beef Tenderloin and Shrimp Gorgonzola   Grilled beef tenderloin filet topped with grilled jumbo shrimp and rich gorgonzola cream sauce.    Regular filet (7oz) or Petit filet (5oz)   

Veal Marsala  Thin scaloppini sauteed with mushrooms, garlic, Marsala wine and demi glace.

Chicken Angela   A tender chicken breast sauteed with portabella mushrooms, shallots, sun-dried tomatoes, crushed red pepper and garlic in rich Marsala cream sauce. 

Pork Involtini alla Romana   Thin cutlets of pork loin stuffed with sausage, ham, spinach, fresh sage, ricotta and romano cheese then roasted and served with roasted garlic cream sauce.

Mama's Walleye Choose either deep-fried in beer batter or oven broiled with creamy artichoke and parmesan topping.

Fillet of Salmon   Fresh Atlantic fillet char-grilled and served on a bed of fresh spinach with creamy lemon-dill sauce.

Gulf Shrimp   Lightly sauteed with fresh herbs and garlic butter or beer battered and deep-fried.

Sauteed Grouper Maria   Flaky, mild grouper fillet lightyly breaded and sauteed with bacon, shallots, tomatoes, capers, white wine and lemon.
